Water in my ear . . . help?

Hi im 12 and I live in rockport Texas . . . I recently went swimming in the saltwater canal I live on . . . I think I got water stuck in my ear. I may have got it out but there is a very irritating ache in my ear and below my ear in the neck area. I tried some kind of drops but it doesnt work . . . I tries leaning my head to the right (where the pain is coming from) but that didnt help . . . pleases help me
